Our Menu
All our biryanis are prepared using traditional Dum cooking — meat or vegetables layered with rice and steamed together in a sealed pot so the flavours cook in slowly. Served with raita (yogurt-based sauce) and salan (spicy sauce made with peanuts, cumin seeds, and spices).
